The important bit, plainly
There's nothing to pay for the build, and nothing to pay while I'm making it. If you look at the finished website and decide it isn't for you, you don't owe anything and we part on good terms.
Standard ongoing upkeep is £60 a month. That covers basically any ordinary website work you want: photos, text, prices, new pages and sections, design tweaks, fixes and ongoing improvements. I'm not going to nickel-and-dime you for normal changes.
Some builds are genuinely bigger — AI assistants or agents, large-scale AI automation, complex automations, member or account systems, advanced booking and workflow engines, custom databases, marketplace or ecommerce logic, and multi-system integrations. Work like that costs more than the standard plan and is agreed with you individually before anything starts. I'd expect that for fewer than 5% of projects.
